Do you really think getting rid of Tice is the way to go? How far into the player's life should a coach be expected to go? These are grown men, I'm just not sure another coach would be able to do more, because getting rid of one person won't mean that all those guys getting in trouble are going to change. I think it's more of a management issue where the team would annouce that any legal issues that reflected poorly on the organization would not be tolerated and the person involved would not be expressed any backing from the organization. The coach wouldn't be the one to make that decision though. That's just my piece, I don't care whether Tice should go or not.
