Up All Night Sleep All Day

Anyone have any ideas on how to switch the twins schedule to a day schedule? The twins are great sleepers, sleeping 8-10 hours during the day. We were up a good 6 hours last night. Every time we thought they were ready to put them down they'd wake up a few minutes later. Oh well. Here's some pics.

Keep all the shades open during the day (even when they are napping) to let the light in. It could help, maybe. Keeping the shades open while they are napping will let them know that we sleep for short times when it's light out for longer times when it is dark. Thats all I've got for you.

Yep, what Shelly said! And also a few things a nurse told me when Anna was doing that same thing:

1. Don't tip-toe around the house while they are napping right now during the day. Run the dishwasher, use normal voice levels, etc...

2. Keep night time as dim and quiet as possible.

3. And be patient. :)
